Arain Community Pakistan

1 — Introduction

• “Arain Community Pakistan” is a non-political social and welfare platform of the Arain community. Its aim is to connect community members, keep a record of them and encourage mutual support.
• Membership is completely voluntary. No one is forced to become a member.

2 — Why do we collect your information?

• To identify each member correctly and to stop duplicate or fake registrations.
• To verify payment of the membership fee (transaction ID and screenshot).
• To contact members and share updates and community event information (mobile / email).
• To build a family tree, only if you choose to give family details.
• For community welfare planning, using combined statistics only (for example, how many members are in each city or district). No individual is named in these figures.

3 — Why only the last 4 digits of the CNIC?

• We do not take your full CNIC number, only its last 4 digits. Together with your mobile number, they stop the same person from registering twice and let you check your membership securely.
• We do not ask for a picture, copy or the full number of the CNIC. These 4 digits are not used for any other purpose, any commercial activity or anything unlawful.
• Giving your father's, mother's or spouse's member number is optional and is used only to link the family tree. Please give these only with that person's permission.

4 — Your consent

• You are giving all of this information freely and of your own will. There is no pressure, inducement or force.
• Fields marked “optional” may be left blank.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time and ask for your record to be deleted.

5 — Protection and sharing

• Your data is not sold or rented. It is not given to any company or person for any commercial or political purpose.
• Only authorised admins can see your data. Payment screenshots and photos have no public link. Membership details are shown only when both the correct mobile number and the correct last 4 CNIC digits are entered.
• The family tree is shown only to verified members, and only with the names and photos of their own linked relatives.
• If a competent government authority requests information through a lawful process, the law of Pakistan will be followed. Apart from that, data is shared with no one.

6 — Your rights

• You have the right to see your information, to have mistakes corrected and to have your record completely deleted.

7 — Membership fee

• The membership fee is Rs. 1,000 for members living in Pakistan and Rs. 5,000 for overseas members. It is a voluntary contribution. It is spent on salaries of the organisation’s IT team, server and hosting, data security, software maintenance and office/administrative costs. It is not for any political party or political activity.
• The fee for an approved membership is non-refundable. If an application is rejected, please contact the administration about the fee.

8 — Software and technical services

• “Arain Community Pakistan” has had this membership software developed by the software house “Ranker Solutions (Pvt) Ltd”. The company’s role is limited to building the software and providing technical support.
• Collecting and using member data, approving memberships and receiving fees are entirely the responsibility of the administration of “Arain Community Pakistan”.

9 — General

• Members must be at least 18 years old. A person under 18 may be registered only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Membership may be rejected or cancelled if false or fake information is given.
• This platform follows the Constitution and laws of Pakistan. It has no connection with any unlawful, sectarian or anti-state activity.
• If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page.

10 — Member portal and account security

• Every member has their own portal to see their membership, payment history, family tree, the manifesto and this declaration.
• Keeping the portal password secret is the member’s responsibility. Using another person’s account is not allowed.
• A family-tree relation is linked only when the other member confirms it themselves.

11 — Retention and accountability

• Your data is kept while you are a member. On a deletion request, the record is removed within 30 days.
• Every admin action (login, viewing a record, approval, change, export, deletion) is logged so that data cannot be misused. This log contains only the member number.

12 — Compliance with law and complaints

• This platform follows all laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016). No unlawful, hateful or anti-state content or activity is allowed on it.
• The platform has no public posts, comments or social-media features; each member’s information is private.
• For any complaint about misuse, wrong information or your data, send a request from “My Data” in the portal or contact the administration.
